Dr. Jourdan Gottlieb has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1988, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and numerous local medical organizations. He has a wide interest and experience in aesthetic surgery, with particular interest in breast and body contour surgery, including TUBA (transumbilical breast augmentation), free-flap and tram flap breast reconstruction, male breast reduction (gynecomastia), breast implant removal, breast implant exchange, buttock lift, buttock implants, and calf implants.
Dr. Gottlieb�s experience includes five years as a faculty member of the plastic surgery division of the University of Washington School of Medicine. He practiced at University Hospital in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Gottlieb received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, and completed his surgical and plastic surgery training at Northwestern University in Illinois.

Dr. Jourdan Gottlieb began his career as a practicing academic trauma surgeon, then completed his plastic surgery training at the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago. In 1985, he moved to Seattle to join the faculty at the University of Washington, and five years later opened a private practice in Seattle; first at Elan Plastic Surgery, and now at Plastic Surgery Seattle.
Dr. Gottlieb has been selected as one of America's Top Physicians by the Consumers' Research Council of America and has also been named as one of the Puget Sound area's "Top Doctors for Women" (as reported in Seattle Magazine's annual "Top Doctors" issue).
